1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal membership account created by a User upon successful registration on the rr89 platform.

• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the User or won from real-money gameplay, available for withdrawal or further wagering.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits provided by rr89 subject to specific wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on rr89, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms and any future amendments published by rr89. We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email, in-platform notification, or prominent notice on the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of rr89 following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on rr89, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. rr89 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Users found to be under 21 at the time of registration will have their accounts immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or legally present within Indonesian territory at the time of account registration and gameplay. Users accessing rr89 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law and the laws of your jurisdiction. You may not register an account on behalf of another person or entity.
• Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted only one (1) account on rr89. Creating multiple accounts, using proxy services to conceal identity, or registering under false information constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have previously self-excluded from rr89 or any affiliated gaming platform. If you have self-excluded from our platform, you agree not to attempt to reopen an account or create a new account during the exclusion period.

rr89 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days will result in account suspension and withdrawal processing delays.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an rr89 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update your account information immediately if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on other websites or services.
• Never share your password with any third party, including customer support agents (rr89 staff will never ask for your password).
• Immediately notify rr89 if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

You are liable for all activities conducted through your account. rr89 will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4.3 KYC Verification

rr89 is required by international gaming regulations to verify the identity of all members. You agree to submit the following documents when requested:

• National ID (KTP): A clear, color photograph of both the front and back of your Indonesian national identity card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk).
• Proof of Address: A recent bank statement, utility bill, or government-issued document (issued within the last 3 months) showing your name and residential address matching your KTP.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of yourself holding your KTP next to your face in good lighting, with all text clearly legible.

Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be subject to withdrawal limits, deposit restrictions, or temporary suspension until verification is complete. Verification typically takes 1–24 hours during WIB business hours.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

rr89 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and international payment cards (Visa, Mastercard). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

You agree that:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from another person's bank account or e-wallet) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus processing fees.
• Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of technical error or duplicate transaction. If you deposit funds by mistake, contact support immediately — refunds are subject to review and approval.
• rr89 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Varies by account tier. Bronze members: Rp 20,000,000 per day. Silver members: Rp 50,000,000 per day. Gold VIP members: custom limits negotiated with account manager.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawals (Bronze tier) are processed within 1–3 hours during WIB banking hours (09:00–22:00). Silver tier withdrawals are prioritized and typically clear within 30 minutes. Gold VIP tier withdrawals are processed instantly with no queue.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit. You may not withdraw to a third-party account.
• Bonus Wagering Requirements: If you have an active bonus balance, you must complete all wagering requirements before any portion of your Real Money Balance can be withdrawn. See Section 6 (Bonuses & Promotions) for details.

rr89 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

rr89 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are clearly outlined on the promotional page at the time of the offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable terms.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called a rollover or turnover requirement) which specifies the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable Real Money Balance. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 10× wagering requirement means you must place a total of Rp 1,000,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available only to verified members aged 21 or older.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time. You may not stack multiple bonuses.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) may contribute 10–20%. Live casino games vary by title. Sportsbook contributions depend on odds (typically only bets at odds of 1.75 or higher contribute).
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion repeatedly, placing opposite bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using betting patterns identified as bonus exploitation, will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• rr89 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on rr89 are final and cannot be canceled, amended, or reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing all bet details (selection, odds, stake amount) before submitting your wager. rr89 is not responsible for user error in bet placement.

7.2 Sports Betting

• Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of the match or event. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or canceled before reaching the minimum duration required by the sport's governing body, bets will typically be voided and stakes refunded (exceptions may apply for specific bet types).
• Live Betting: Odds for live (in-play) betting are updated in real time based on match developments. There may be a short delay between the action on the field and the odds update on the platform. You accept this delay as inherent to live betting technology.
• Obvious Errors: If an obvious pricing error occurs (e.g., odds displayed as 100.00 when they should be 1.50), rr89 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

7.3 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, real physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) operated by professional dealers. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game information screen.

7.4 Togel (Numbers Lottery)

rr89 offers togel markets including Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hongkong (HK), Togel Sydney (SDY), Togel Macau, Togel Taiwan, and Togel Japan. Results are drawn from official third-party lottery pools and published on the rr89 platform immediately after the draw. You acknowledge that rr89 does not control or influence togel draw outcomes in any way.

8. Responsible Gaming

rr89 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide a comprehensive suite of tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you can add to your account within a given period.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss threshold over a chosen time period. If your losses reach the limit, you will be temporarily locked out from placing new bets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session length. When the time limit expires, you will be automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily suspend your account for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. During exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or play.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rr89 and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

• Fraud: Providing false information during registration, using stolen payment methods, attempting to manipulate game outcomes, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity.
• Money Laundering: Using rr89 to transfer, conceal, or legitimize funds obtained through illegal activity. We comply with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, sharing account information, or placing coordinated bets to exploit bonuses or promotions.
• Bot Usage: Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or play games. All activity on rr89 must be conducted by a human user.
• Hacking / Exploitation: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any vulnerability in the rr89 platform, software, or systems.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward rr89 staff, customer support agents, or other members.

10. Limitation of Liability

rr89 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and continuously invest in platform stability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• rr89 is not liable for any loss of funds, data, or access resulting from technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, or third-party service outages (payment processors, game providers, etc.).
• We are not responsible for losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• In no event shall rr89's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount deposited into your account during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
• rr89 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

By using rr89, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform or your violation of these terms.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

rr89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other members.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• Extended periods of account inactivity (12+ months with zero logins and zero balance).

If your account is suspended or closed for a legitimate breach of these terms, any remaining balance (both Real Money and Bonus Balance) may be forfeited. If your account is closed without cause (at our sole discretion), your Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, minus any applicable processing fees.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. You are responsible for withdrawing all funds before account closure. Accounts closed by the user cannot be reopened within 30 days.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of rr89's services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat, email ([email protected]), or WhatsApp. We commit to investigating and responding to all complaints within 5 business days. Most disputes are resolved satisfactorily at this stage.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to our management team by sending a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Escalation Request – [Your Account Username]". Management will review your case within 10 business days and provide a final decision.

rr89's decision on all matters relating to bet settlement, bonus eligibility, account status, and interpretation of these terms is final and binding.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gambling platforms operating in the Indonesia market. By using rr89, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in relation to any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the platform.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
